Do you do the work, or just advise?
We do the work. We're not a strategy-only firm. We stay in it through design, implementation, and adoption. That's the part most consultants skip, and the part our clients tell us matters most.
Can we start small?
Yes. The Diagnostic is a short, low-commitment engagement that gives you a defined picture of what's blocking execution and a practical path forward. A lot of clients start there.
Do you work with businesses that already have an HR person?
Yes. We work alongside internal HR teams often, providing senior leadership, running complex projects, or filling capability gaps. We make sure whoever is inside the business has direction and momentum, not just a new system handed to them.
What's Demi and do we have to use it?
Demi is our proprietary HR operating system designed to drive consistency and measurable results. We highly encourage its use to get the most out of our partnership, but it's not mandatory for our engagements. It's included for all clients and is available as a standalone product for those who want the system on its own.
Do you do compliance-only or admin HR coverage?
No. When we do HR, it's to build, improve, and mobilize. Not to maintain a task list. That said, the foundations we set up (policies, programs, infrastructure) are ones we design to actually map to your business goals, not just check a compliance box.
Is Demi included?
Yes. Clients get access to Demi as part of our engagement delivery. Demi is also available as a standalone product.
Do you help businesses adopt AI?
Yes. From getting teams using chat tools, to building custom workflows, to redesigning roles and processes as AI changes how work gets done. Plus the adoption support to make it real.
What happens when the engagement ends?
That depends on what you want. Some clients want a clean transition and a self-sustaining HR function. We'll build toward that and exit when it's ready. Others keep us on long-term because fractional works for their model. We're clear about both paths from the start.
